When you are in your ezManageOnline task management system's workspace, you have the main tab Task List. It consists of two options: "Assigned to me" and "Assigned by me".
The "Assigned to me" page contains the list of tasks you are assigned to do by somebody within your company*. Each task has its title, the date of the next progress report (if applicable), the name of the manager (who assigned the task to you) and available actions to be performed with the task ("create report" and "discuss").
The "Assigned by me" page contains the list of tasks you have assigned to somebody within your company* and want to track the progress of. Each task has its title, state, the date of the next progress report (if applicable) and available actions to be performed with the task ("terminate" and "delete").
There are two task's states: Active and Terminated. You can choose which tasks will be representing on the page "Assigned by me". For that make use of drop down list on top of the page, consist of three available states:
Active all tasks that are active (having "State: Active" in their profiles) at the moment.
Terminated all tasks that are terminated (having "State: Terminated" in their profiles) at the moment or terminated manually (by a task's manager)
All both active and terminated tasks.
"Company" within ezManageOnline task management system means a group of people using the service to manage their collaborative work and activities. "Company" might be real company; or a department of some company; or maybe your family and friends; or even nobody but you might be considered a "company" if you use ezManageOnline just for reminding yourself about current tasks (i.e. utilizing the service just as an on-line scheduler).
